President Mr. Xue is a graduate of Harbin Institute of Technology in China where he received his BS in engineering. He also holds a Master’s Degree in computer science from Azusa Pacific University in California. Prior to founding LiveChain Technologies, Mr. Xue served as several senior development and engagement management roles for global clients including UPS, Ryder, Sony Electronics and Universal Scientific Industrial. His knowledge and expertise in the areas of systems integration, supply chain and logistics took him worldwide, providing IT consulting services in the United States, Mexico, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.
A native of Harbin, China, Mr. Xue is currently involved in several high-profile development activities to help build Harbin’s prominence as a global business hub. He founded, led and chaired HASSCOM, Heilongjiang Association Software and Service Companies, consisting of 60+ Harbin-based technology firms, Mr. Xue has also played host and trainer to more than 100 Harbin government officials, representing over 50 departments, in ongoing public affairs management best practices exchanges with US public sector counterparts.
