In 2006, LiveChain associated with many excellent software outsourcing business, such as, East, ZhongHe technologies and China Net, founded Heilongjiang outsourcing service association. With the support from government and software association, 63 enterprises have joined the association, members over 5000. LiveChain has closer cooperation with China Net in outsourcing projects. In the future, LiveChain will cooperate with Colleagues in the industry; facilitate the development of Heilongjiang outsourcing industry.
